PLEASE OPEN AND INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.

For all damage claims and returnable items, you must notify us within five (5) days of receipt.  It is essential to save the original merchandise and packaging for inspection and pick-up.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. 

Art Classics, Ltd. returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Any returned merchandise must be freight pre-paid by customer.
